Up to 1 hour after placing your order you can cancel here: My Account - or by using the 'Need Help?'. After this time the order will have been sent to our warehouse and we are unlikely to be able to cancel it. 

Pre-orders can also be cancelled using the 'Need Help?' widget up until the point they are ready to be despatched.
