What are pre-orders?Updated 3 months ago

Sometimes items are listed as pre-order because they will be delivered an extended period of time after your order is placed. As some of our products are inspired by TCG releases, we can only pick the colour scheme and design when we know what the new set will look like. Many of our products also have hand-made elements, so sometimes we simply don't have enough time to make them before the launch date. 

If an item is pre-order, it will be clearly labelled on the product page, and the 'buy' button will say 'Pre-order'. The delivery date will be clearly marked and we will keep you updated with occasional emails about the progress of your order.

So, if you've got a pre-order item on the way you can rest assured that we are busy making it as quickly as we can. And it's always nice to have something to look forward to right?
