We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of the order being placed Mon-Fri. During busy periods such as drops and restocks this can be delayed, if your order is not a pre-order and has not shipped within 5 business days, please reach out using the help widget and one of the team will be happy to investigate this for you. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times once the order has been dispatched. You should receive an email from the courier with an estimated time of arrival. If they have not provided this please contact us and we can investigate this for you.
